About This Course

LU1- By understanding the types of coffee marketed by the organisation, the learners will be more confident in guiding customers on ordering menu-based and standard beverages LU2 – Start to prepare tools and equipment to brew the coffee ordered by the customer LU3 – Follow the standard recipe to prepare the ingredients by steeping, simmering, filtering, roasting, brewing, and blending LU4 – Present the coffee in appropriate drinkware ready for serving to the customer LU5 – Reinstating the workstation to maintain safety and hygiene.

What You'll Learn

Our proposed Provide coffee barista serving course is focused on the basic knowledge to prepare a wide range of standard coffee beverages using standard beverage preparation techniques. Hence, we proposed that 14 hours of training is sufficient to prepare learners to build confidence to meet learning quality. The practical performance activity will contain individual pieces of evidence demonstrating work outputs. This enables learners to reflect, share and discuss their experiences during the class. The learners are given the opportunity and practice time to apply the skills learned and able to work out and transfer to the workplace. The training will expose different perspectives, experiences, and processes to judge what works best for their company's marketing activity or what best reflects their beliefs, values, etc.

Strong passion for the F&B industry, for those looking to gain knowledge and barista skills in the Coffee/ Cafe sector. Fluent spoken and written English as the course is in english medium
