About This Course

This module will addresss today’s needs of employers who seek managers and supervisors with knowledge on how to establish, administer and monitor Workplace Safety and Health System in accordance with the WSH Act to stay relevant and competitive.

Minimum Entry Requirement

  • Have effective communication and relationship management skills to work with employees from all levels and areas within an organisation

    • Be able to listen and speak,read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills


Learners without any formal qualifications (e.g. NTC / N Level /O Level etc) will be required to provide SOA or supporting documents to prove that they have attended minimum two WSQ training programs (one level lower, equivalent or higher). They will then know the expectations of the course such as the willingness to participate in class activities which include group discussion, brainstorming, presentation that requires medium to high sociality and emotion. If the learners do not meet any of the above requirements, they could submit writing proficiency assessment and interview by program specialist.
