About This Course
At the end of the programme, the learners will be able to:
LO1: Comply with legal requirements and organisational procedures when receiving and storing products
LO2: Receive incoming products and report discrepancies in quality standards
LO3: Record details of incoming stocks and update discrepancies, relevant documents and certificates
LO4: Follow organisational procedures and temperature requirements when storing products
LO5: Perform routine stock rotation for displayed products
LO6: Conduct stock take in accordance with organisation policies and procedures
LO7: Identify causes of and handle stock discrepancies
LO8: Replenish stock to appropriate level
