What You'll Learn

In this course, learners will acquire knowledge to deliver content that engages the audience in food services sector. In addition to engaging presentations, learners will acquire skills to adapt their presentation skills using best practices in making presentations to get buy-in and support from the target audience. Learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to support presentation delivery of their teams.

  • Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 5 Required Years of Experience in Relevant Domain
