[SSG CIRCULAR/QMD/2021/1]: BREIFING SESSION ON TRAQOM ON-BOARDING FOR SFC-ONLY TRAINING PROVIDERS (TPs)

Dear Training Partners (“TPs”)
[SSG CIRCULAR/QMD/2021/1]: BREIFING SESSION ON TRAQOM ON-BOARDING FOR SFC-ONLY TRAINING PROVIDERS (TPs)
The Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) initiative was implemented in July 2018 to help learners make more informed decisions and to raise the quality of Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes. Participation in the TRAQOM initiative is mandatory foroffering SSG-funded courses which are open for public to sign up and/or for corporate runs.

As part of SSG’s efforts to ensure the relevance of TRAQOM, we would like to inform TPs on the inclusion of courses which are supported by the Public Agencies for SkillsFuture Credit only (i.e. SFC-only courses). TPs are required to comply with these new requirements from 1 July 2021 and onwards.
Inclusion of SFC-only courses
3. For SFC-only courses that commence from 1 July 2021 (inclusive), TPs are required to create the course runs, course run sessions and upload the attendance data in Training Partners Gateway (“TP Gateway”) for the administration of TRAQOM surveys. Please refer to the TP Gateway user guide (https://www.tpgateway.gov.sg/who-we-are/self-help-guides) for details on the creation of course runs, course run sessions and submission of attendance data.
Briefing on TRAQOM On-Boarding for SFC-only TPs
4. For the onboarding of SFC-only TPs, SSG will be conducting two Virtual Mass Briefing (VMB) sessions on 29 Mar 2021 and 30 Mar 2021 to brief TPs on TRAQOM survey initiative. SSG-appointed vendor for the administration of TRAQOM survey (i.e. aZaaS Pte Ltd) will assist TPs in the registration for the VMB sessions and a sign up link will be included in the email invite. Thus, TPs will be expecting an email from aZaaS for the registration. Please note that SFC-only TPs are strongly encouraged to attend any one of the VMB sessions.
