Dear Training Providers

  1. We wish to provide you with additional information on creation of course runs and sessions, as well as attendance/assessment submission, under Training Partners Gateway (TPGateway), here. These are covered in this additional set of “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQs) specific to these transactions to facilitate the adoption of these new processes.
  2. You will also be able to refer to this set of FAQs in the TPGateway’s FAQ section. As a gentle reminder, there are also self-help guides available in TPGateway to guide you on the various TPGateway functions and processes.
